House Rules

1. Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: before 11:00 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow for thorough cleaning between bookings.

2. Maximum Capacity

The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Please do not exceed this limit.

3. Respect for Neighbors

• Quiet Hours: Please maintain quiet from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.
• Parties: Loud parties and events are prohibited. Our community is very peaceful, and our neighborhood captain lives next door.

4. Use of Amenities

• Kitchen: Please leave the kitchen clean after use. Dishes should be washed and put away in cabinets before departure. The dishwasher should be emptied. Please notify us of any broken items so we can replace them.
• Garbage and Recycling: Kindly empty the trash. Recycling bins are available in the property and in the neighborhood.
• No Smoking Inside: This rule must be respected! An ashtray is provided in the garden. Do NOT discard cigarette butts outside the ashtray! Please respect the garden and neighboring properties.
• Air Conditioning: Please close doors and windows if using the air conditioning. Turn it off when leaving the house.

5. Cleanliness

• The house must be left in a reasonably clean state. A cleaning service is included at the end of your stay, but excessive cleaning may incur additional fees.
• Waste: Please sort your waste and dispose of it in the designated bins. Respect the recycling guidelines for the sake of our planet.

6. Pets

Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the house or garden.

7. Non-Smoking Property — No Smoking Indoors or on the Terrace

Smoking indoors is prohibited. You may smoke on the terrace using the provided ashtrays.

8. Security

• Always securely close doors and windows when leaving or during bad weather. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the house.
• The use of candles is prohibited to prevent fire hazards.

9. Damages and Losses

Any damage caused must be reported immediately. Costs may be deducted from the deposit in the event of damages.

10. Internet Connection

Wi-Fi is available. Please refrain from downloading illegal content.

11. Energy Conservation

Please respect the environment by turning off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use.
